The Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies has been recognized as the third largest Coldwell Banker Affiliate in the nation for 2009.  The ranking was based on closed units as among over 1,200 Coldwell Banker affiliates nationwide.

Professional Background

Karen taught elementary and junior high school and has completed graduate work from Western Michigan University, Michigan State University, and the University of Texas. She obtained her real estate license and did referrals ONLY for about 8 years. She activated her license in July of 1998 and took many training classes. She attends the International Business Conference, the Relocation Conference, the prestigious "Preview Home" Conference, the Chairman's Circle and the Preferred Client Group Conference every year to continue educational classes, keep up on the industry, and share ideas with coworkers from around the world.
